• Each user can only create one account

• You are responsible for all activities on your account
• You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access

4.1 Acceptable Use

When using the app, you must comply with the following rules:

• Use only for personal and non-commercial purposes
• Share accurate and non-misleading content
• Respect the rights of other users
• Comply with all applicable laws

4.2 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempting unauthorized access to others' accounts
• Actions that jeopardize the security of the app
• Spreading spam, malware, or viruses
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the application
• Manipulating the system using automated bots or scripts
• Adding fake or misleading place information
• Copyright or intellectual property infringement

6.1 Application Rights

The application, its design, logo, content, and all related intellectual property rights belong to Buraya Gidelim. They may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

6.2 User Content

You retain rights to content you add to the app (saved places, notes, etc.). However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content in our application.

7.1 Service Warranty

The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be temporarily interrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons.

7.2 Content Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy of place information added by users. Place information may have changed or may be incorrect. We recommend verification before visiting.

7.3 Damage Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

9.1 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email.

9.2 Changes to Service

We reserve the right to change, update, or remove the app's features, design, or functionality without prior notice.

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.

11.2 Waiver

Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
